Chandrashekhar is a founder and director of Green Ecstasy Foods Private Limited , is motivated by the desire and vision for venturing into the world of start-up to create a niche in the food manufacturing sector to bring the notable difference and more accessible, enjoyable for everyone. His combined knowledge in industrial expertise with entrepreneurial spirit brought remarkable take-off for our brand. He is a firm believer in innovation and continuous improvement and constantly exploring new ideas, technologies, and partnerships to further expansion of Veganta’s reach and impact, with the ultimate goal. As an influential figure in the industrial area of Hoskote , Chandrashekhar comes with immense experience of Industrial relations and HR background of food factories and has a collaborative practical experience of running professional food processing plant with proven results in solving the complex food manufacturing business and corporate industrial involvement. He brings the strategic assets to the company with wealth of network and experience to Veganta.

He carries knowledge of sharp legal statutory and regulations in the food processing business. Chandrashekhar earned the MSW and well-known Industrial Area General Secretary position.

He brings an intensive involvement and plays a vital role in structuring the company’s executive management.

Shiv comes with Hotel & Catering Management degree and Masters in Business Management, Mumbai. He also earns the Senior Leadership title from IIM,Bangalore,India.

His engineering excellence has brought immense benefits to the companies in the past. He played a lead role in transitioning mainstream machinery to custom- fit production lines with his core domain in food engineering & instrumentation technology. His proven knowledge in co-extrusion technology and injection screw reform knowledge brought an immense intellectual asset in manufacturing the plant-based meat alternative that is first-of-its-kind in the alternative protein market in India. Girisha’s rare talent of engineering and operations knowledge sets important area of expertise in start-up business from concept-to-shelf approach. His agility, well-rounded over one-and-half decades of large-scale food processing practical experience with strong flair for innovation product strategy and manufacturing has helped in transitioning the ailing business in to profitable by introducing innovative product line, which is popular category of snacks in Indian market- is the milestone achievement.
